A python tool for managing bibtex elements for LaTeX:
bibtexTools.
It reads .tex files and creates the .bib file with the required bibtex entries.
It uses a local database and may look for the missing bibtex entries in INSPIRE-HEP.
The functions are included in PhysBiblio, which is much more powerful.
