We apologise for the delay with respect to the deadline of September 20. The input parameters have been chosen according to the 4f proposal. QED radiation, when included, is strictly collinear. To preserve gauge invariance, we used complex vector boson masses everywhere in the computation of the matrix element. NEXTCALIBUR uses a massive matrix element program called HELAC (developed by C. Papadopoulos and the Democritos group using Caravaglios-Moretti like algorithms) and integration routines and strategies taken from EXCALIBUR (modified to deal with massive particles).
