    Hybrid circuit
Polyimide fim, 20 μm thick,
Al traces, 30 μm thick, 75% of the surface,
Polyimide fim, 12 μm thick,
Al LV-plane, 12 μm thick, 100% of the surface
    chip interconnection cable
Polyimide fim, 12 μm thick,
Al traces, 12 μm thick, 40% of the surface,

Calculation performed using the method described here and imposing the density of the compound.
