idtmed[208] 9 SDD C (M55J) High modulus carbon fiber + epoxy matrix. Used for:
I019, I020, I021, I022, I023, I025, I026, I029, I030 = elements of the SDD-ladder space frame,
I033 = supports of the ceramic pins holding the detectors (in the real life they will be made of Ryton R4-04 ),
I035 = holders of the cooling pipes (in the real life they will be made of Ryton R4-04 ),
I036 = holders of the signal and low-voltage microcables at the top of the ladder space-frame,
idtmed[209] 10 "SDD AIR$" Air used for the mother volumes:
IT34 = SDD layers 3 and 4,
I018 = sub-labber block containing the F.E. electronics and C.F. space frame of theSDD ladder,
I024 = end-block of the SDD ladder (ladder feet),
I047 = full SDD ladder of layer 3 (contains 2 copies of I024 and 6 copies of I018),
I048 = full SDD ladder of layer 4 (contains 2 copies of I024 and 8 copies of I018),
I004 = set of 6 detectors of an SDD ladder of layer 3,
I005 = set of 8 detectors of an SDD ladder of layer 4,
I421 = air inserted in the ladder feet (inside the "positioning box"), in which the ruby-spheres for the ladder positioning will be placed,

I050 = box containg the anode microcables and the F.E. hybrid, ASIC and capacitors,
idtmed[211] 12 "WATER$" Demineralized water; used as coolant. (see also PDG ). Used for the volumes I032 (at the ladder end) and I038 (along the ladders)
idtmed[224] 25 "G10FR4$" Stesalit EP107-M950-40. Used for I028 = mother volume of a "foot" of the SDD ladders. Since the composition of this stesalit could not be found, the G10 values have been used instead.
idtmed[264] 65 "INOX$" Generic stainless steel. Used for the volumes:
I420 = "positioning box" (actually a spring) inserted in the ladder feet
I423 = support of the ruby-sphere used for the ladder positioning (in the ladder feet),
I031 and I037 = cooling tubes at the ladder ends and along the ladder respectively (in the real life they will be made of phynox ),
idtmed[268] 69 "SDD C AL (M55J)$" Heavier carbon-fiber. Used for the volumes:
I039 = heat bridge for the cooling of the F.E. electronics (in the real life they will 300 μm thick and will be made of K13D2U-CE3 ),
I040, I041 = clip of the heat bridge for the cooling of the F.E. electronics
IRA1, IRA2 = ITS rails for the case they are made of carbon fiber (and are not extracted after the installation ?).
idtmed[276] 77 "SDD X7R capacitors$" SMD capacitors of size 0805 and dielectric X7R + solder. Used for the volumes:
I051 = SMD biasing capacitors on the F.E. hybrid ciruit
Likely, in the real system, capacitors of size 0603 will be used, or, if possible, capacitors of size 0402.
idtmed[277] 78 "SDD ruby sph. Al2O3$" Used in the volumes:
I422 = ruby-sphere used for the ladder positioning (in ladder feet)
I034 = ceramic pins holding the detectors (in the real life they will be made of Ryton R4-04 ),
idtmed[278] 79 "SDD SI insensitive$" Silicon; used for the non-sensitive parts of the SDDs (volumes I302 and I402 for layer 3 and 4 respectively)

I044 = anode microcable, connecting the detector to the F.E. hybrid
idtmed[283] 84 "SDD/SSD rings$" Support rings of SDD and SSD ladders. They are made of Rohacell-51A sandwiched in 0.5 mm thick carbon-fiber layers. Used for the volumes:
I097 = ladder support on layer 3
I098 = ladder support on layer 4
I217 = ladder support on layer 5
I219 = ladder support on layer 6
AISI 304L Stainless steel
AISI 316L Stainless steel (more resistant to corrosion)
PHYNOX Co-Cr-Ni-Fe Alloy resistant to corrosion; for the cooling pipes long the ladders
Ryton R-4 04 Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) loaded with glass-fiber (40% by weight). Used for the supports of the ceramic pins holding the detectorsand the holders of the coling pipes.
K13D2U-CE3 High thermal conductivity fiber used for the SDD heat bridges (volumes .
