VISA : For the italian and american particpants the Entry Visa to the Russian Federation was requested by the Italian Embassy in Russia with a special note the Russian Foreign Affair Ministry. ALL ITALIAN PARTICIPANTS GOT THE VISA

Address of the Italian Embassy in MOSCOW: Denezhnyi Pereulok, 5 (closest metro station is SMOLENSKAJA. Attention there are two stations with this name. The closest to the Embassy is that on the Pokrovskaja-Arbatskaja linea (deep blue color))

ARRIVAL INFORMATION, TRANSPORT and all THAT

All the italian participants arrive on Sunday June 19th

Prof. Bruno Coppi arrives at Sheremetevo at 15.10 and will be met by Prof. Fre'

Prof. Ferrari, Pegoraro and Battiston arrive at Domadedevo at 16.10 from Frankfurt and will be met by the chauffier of Prof. Fre', Viktor. His phone number is +7 905 733 33 22. He will have a poster with written on it AMBASCIATA IGNITOR. He knows that he has to meet three passengers.

All the other participants arrive in two flights from Rome at Sheremetevo at 16.35 and 18.10. We organized a single transport for the whole group by means of mini van of white color. The driver will met the italian guests with a poster AMBASCIATA IGNITOR. He has the list of passengers that arrive. You should meet him and stay in the group until the shell is complete. Then the mini van will bring you from the airport to the Hotel Universitetskaja.

TRANSPORT TO THE EMBASSY & TO KURCHATOV

On 20th the minivan will collect the participants at Universitetskaja at 8.30 and drive them to the Embassy.

On the 21st the same. The mini van will drive the participants to the Kurchatov Institute
