The main topics addressed in the meeting will be:

1. High energy plasmas and superthermal particle acceleration (As for Astrophysics these questions have to do with Supernova explosions and with the accretion discs around Black-Holes).
2. Nonlinear dynamics and turbulence in plasmas.
3. Magnetic reconnection and plasma instabilities (As for Astrophysics these questions relate also with the mechanisms of Solar Flairs and with the deformations of the Earth Magnetic Field).
4. Gravitational and non-neutral plasmas (relevant in Cosmology and in the study of Active Galactic Nuclei).
5. Numerical simulations.
6. Technologies, diagnostics and development of detectors.
