The 4DInSide is a  project funded by the Italian "Ministero dell'Universita' e della Ricerca" within the grant program PRIN2017.

The 4DInSiDe project is based on 4 pillars:

•     Sensor simulation and design,

•     Radiation tolerance studies

•     Sensor fabrication

•     Testing

The project is made possible by the collaboration of several groups, bringing together the necessary skills:

Sensor design and testing (INFN Torino, Genova),

Sensor modelling and defect characterization (CNR - IOM and University Perugia),

Sensor testing and radiation studies (University of Piemonte Orientale),

Sensor production (Fondazione Bruno Kessler),

Medical application (University of Torino).
